Leti, moj galebe, poleti                                   Fly, my seagull, fly
u krajeve pune sunca                              go to the parts of the world full of sun
i neba                                                               and sky
i tropskog voća                                               and tropical fruit
i donesi mi nešto lijepo                                 and bring me something nice
i sve moje bolesti i tuge                                and all my illnesses and sorrows

bit će kao rukom odnesene.                         will be as taken away by                                                                                           somebody's elses hand.

I bit ću ponovno sretan                                 And I will be happy again
